Renault Offers Discount On Duster By Up To Rs 2 Lakh

- The offer is exclusively for 'Gang of Duster' members.
- The company is also offering exchange offers of up to Rs. 10,000.
- The offer is applicable for both the petrol and diesel variants.
Renault India is offering discounts of up to Rs. 2.17 lakh on the Duster compact SUV, exclusively for members of 'Gang of Duster'. While the base model of the Duster has a discount of Rs. 1.6 lakh, the prices of the top-end Duster Adventure Edition is slashed by Rs. 2 lakh. Renault is also offering exchange offers of up to Rs. 10,000. The price reduction is on the ex-showroom prices of the Duster and applicable only for the base diesel variant and the Adventure Edition.

The catch here is that it is a limited period offer as the company is looking to clear its stocks ahead of the launch of the Captur, which might be launched during the festive season. Moreover, only 35 units of the base model of the Duster are available, while the top-end Duster Adventure Edition gets 73 units. Renault is offering white colour option for the base model and White/Silver option for the range-topping model.

Recently, Renault added the CVT gearbox to its petrol variant of the Duster compact SUV at a price of Rs. 10.32 lakh (ex-showroom). The French car-makers also replaced the 1.6 petrol with all-new 1.5-litre H4K petrol engine. It now produces 104.5 bhp @5600 rpm and 142 Nm of peak torque @4000 rpm. Transmission duty is taken care by the new 6-Speed CVT gearbox which replaces the outgoing 5-Speed Manual box. The Duster CVT has an ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 14.99 kmpl, while the manual trim returns 14.19 kmpl.
The Renault Duster takes on the likes of Hyundai Creta, Ford EcoSport and Honda BR-V in India.
