Upcoming Bajaj Bikes in India in 2015

Bajaj Auto, the home-grown bikemaker, that currently owns 20 percent market share in India, is planning to increase its sales by launching a bunch of new products in different segments. In the first 5 months of the on-going calendar year, we have seen 5 new Bajaj Bikes in India - Pulsar RS 200, Pulsar AS200, Pulsar AS150, 2015 CT 100 and the new Platina. And in coming months, we'll see at least 4-5 new Bajaj bikes.
Here's a list of upcoming Bajaj Bikes in India -
Bajaj Pulsar RS400
This fully-faired motorcycle made its debut at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo besides. Expected to go on sale alongside the Pulsar CS400, the Pulsar 400 SS is based on an all-new chassis. Powering this bike will be a 375cc liquid cooled fuel-injected engine that is good for 41bhp. The similar engine also powers the KTM Duke 390.

Expected Price - Rs 1.80 lakh
Bajaj Pulsar 150NS
With the launch of bikes like Suzuki Gixxer 155, Yamaha FZ-S Version 2.0 and Honda CB Triger, the demand for naked bikes on its peak in the country. To encash this sentiment, Bajaj too is readying the Pulsar 150NS.

The 150NS will be an all new bike sharing its body design and engine with the 200 NS. Though it looks largely similar to the 200NS, it will be built on a perimeter frame thus making it a thoroughly different bike in nature.
Coming to the engine, the Pulsar 150NS will feature a new 160cc, single-cylinder engine that will be based on the engine powering 200NS. That said, the engine is expected to be air-cooled in nature unlike the 200NS. Also, the gearbox will be a five-speed one.

Bajaj Pulsar CS400
The Pulsar CS 400 will be the street-fighter version of the Pulsar 400 SS (Super Sports) with almost same features and engine. Powering the vehicle will be a 375cc engine that also does duty on the KTM Duke 390, though with Bajaj's triple-spark technology. The bike was first unveiled at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo, and will be launched by the end of this financial year.

Expected Price: Rs. 2 Lakh
New Bajaj Avenger
The first cruiser made by an Indian company - the Bajaj Avenger has received a total 3 updates ever since its launch in 2005. It was 2010 when the bike received its last update, but the company is now planning the new model of the cruiser this year. Expected to be launched in the second half of this year, the 2015 Bajaj Avenger will get both the design and mechanical updates.

The updated model of the bike is expected to get a 200cc engine that also does duty on the Pulsar 200 NS. Though the engine is smaller in capacity, it is more powerful than the existing 220cc engine. This engine is capable of churning out a maximum power output of 23.5bhp, which is almost 5bhp more than the existing 220cc powertrain.

Bajaj Pulsar CS200
Though the company hasn't officially said anything yet about the smaller version of the CS400, in a recent media interview a senior company official hinted at the company's plans of launching the 200cc version of the bike. If it actually happens, the CS200 might feature the RS200's 199.5cc, 4-valve, triple spark, DTSi engine that is good for 24.16bhp and 18.6Nm. As far as the design is concerned, it will look largely similar to its elder sibling - the CS400.
