Skoda India Introduces 24X7 Roadside Assistance Program Across Entire Line-up

Beginning August 1, 2014, Skoda Auto India's 24X7 Roadside Assistance program (RSA) has been made available to the Czech manufacturer's Indian customers across the entire model range. Applicable for a period of 2 years, the service will benefit customers who are not covered under the company's standard RSA program. It will also be offered to customers who wish to extend their coverage of this service.
Delving into the program's details, it will assist Skoda car owners and occupants in case the car breaksdown, irrelevant of the location. Basically, it won't matter if you are at home, on the roadside, on a highway or in a parking lot, if you own a Skoda and it breaksdown, the company will come to your rescue. The 2 years worth of coverage for cars than 5 years old can be availed at Rs. 3,233 and that for cars older than 5 years at Rs. 4,233.
The Roadside Assistance program can be purchased from authorized Skoda dealerships across the country. Just so you know, the program is strictly not a part of the regular service program and does not substitute the need for regular maintenance carried out by authorized Skoda workshops.
Highlights of the new 24x7 Roadside Assistance program:
a. Breakdown support on phone
b. On-site minor repair
c. Battery jump start
d. Fuel delivery
e. Tyre replacement
f. Replacement of keys/ loss of keys
