Actor Ranveer Singh Brings Home The Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 Worth Rs. 2.43 Crore

Actor Ranveer Singh celebrates his 36th birthday today and the Gully Boy actor certainly knows how to bring it in style. Having added the Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition to his garage only recently, the actor has now picked up the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. The uber-luxury SUV was added to his garage last month soon after the launch. In fact, all 50+ units of the Maybach GLS 600 allocated for India were booked even before the launch and the model remains sold out till December 2021. The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is priced at Rs. 2.43 crore (ex-showroom).

India gets the fully-loaded Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 4MATIC. Based on the GLS, the SUV gets plenty of upgrades to justify the premium moniker including 22-inch alloy wheels, chrome inserts on the side cladding, LED headlamps and the regal all-chrome Maybach grille. The actor's Maybach GLS is finished in Cavansite Blue.

The cabin is draped in Nappa soft-touch leather upholstery.
With respect to the cabin, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is offered as a four-seater and comes with a beige and brown dual-tone interior with Nappa leather upholstery. The feature list comprises reclining rear seats, electronic panoramic sliding sunroof, ventilated massaging seats and a wide range of ambient lighting options. The signature 12.3-inch dual-screens display with the latest MBUX infotainment system. The car also gets the 'Hey Mercedes' voice command system and Mercedes Me connected car tech.

Power on the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 comes from the 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine tuned for 542 bhp and 730 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission. The engine is also paired with a 48-volt system EQ Boost system that adds 21 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque. The luxury SUV can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 4.9 seconds, with a top speed of 250 kmph.

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 gets the Airmatic suspension with Adaptive Damping System Plus (ADS+) in addition to the E-Active Body Control.
Interestingly, this will be Singh's second Maybach as the actor also owns the previous generation Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. The actor is an avid petrolhead and has quite the eclectic garage that includes the Mercedes-Benz GLS, Aston Martin Rapide now wrapped in a light shade of blue, Range Rover Vogue, Audi Q5 and the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. On the work front, the actor will be seen next in sports drama '83, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Cirkus, Anniyan Hindi remake and the recently announced Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani.
