BMW India tops sales and customer satisfaction study

BMW India has been awarded for ranking highest in sales and customer satisfaction with after-sales service by J.D. Power Asia Pacific. The company scored highest 892 points on a 1000-point scale in J.D Power Asia Pacific Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Index Study 2013.

The customer satisfaction has been measured on the ground of feedback received from 238 premium car customers, who purchased their cars between May 2011 - August 2012, and the study was conducted from May - August 2013. J.D Power Asia Pacific collected the feedback from the customers who visited company's authorized dealership service centre within initial 12 - 24 months of ownership. The service quality, vehicle pick-up, service advisor, service facility and service initiation are the five parameters to rank the luxury car manufacturers.
