Cars In India with 6 Airbags Under Rs. 20 Lakh

Brands like Hyundai, Kia, and MG are making more competitive offerings by including a slew of budgeted cars with top safety features. Moreover, more cars are jumping to the bandwagon with transportation authorities and the government making front & rear, and curtain airbags mandatory. Several brands offer six airbags in their top variants. Check out the complete list below!
Hyundai
You'll be surprised to hear that Hyundai offers a whopping seven models under Rs 20 lakhs that come with six airbags. Usually, the top variant of Hyundai models features six airbags.
I20, i20 N Line, Venue, Verna, Creta, Elantra, and Alcazar are Hyundai's budgeted models that boast a comprehensive airbag setup. Typically, every model after i20 comes with side and curtain airbags.

Kia
Kia is not very behind the rest of the brands on this list. Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, and Carens come with six airbags priced under Rs 20 lakhs. For Sonet and Seltos, the six airbags setup is only available with the GTX+ models.
However, all Kia Carens variants come with curtain and side airbags. It should also be noted that Kia was one of the firsts to offer six airbags for an sub-20 lakh model.

MG
Like Kia, three MG models pack a six-airbag setup. If you have a budget of under Rs 20 lakhs, MG Astor, MG Hector, and MG Hector Plus are your best shot. For Astor and Hector plus, a six-airbag setup is available from the Sharp variant onwards. As for MG Hector, you can only find the side and curtain airbags in the Sharp variant.

Mahindra
Mahindra offers the six-airbag set up for only two of its models – XUV300 and XUV700. For XUV300, only the W8 (O) variant has this airbag setup. On the other hand, only the AX7 variant of XUV700 comes with a six-airbag design. The good news is that both these models are priced below Rs 20 lakhs.

Tata
Tata includes two models in its portfolio that feature the six airbags system. The Harrier and Safari are the two most renowned models from Tata. The comprehensive airbag system is available from the XZ variant onwards in both these models.

Skoda
After the Rapid bid farewell to the market, Kushaq remains the only model to carry a price tag below Rs 20 lakhs. The Kushaq Style AT variant is one of the models from Skoda that is equipped with six airbags. Additionally, the forthcoming Skoda Slavia model, too, has six airbags.
