Exclusive: New Honda Activa 125 prices revealed
We were among the first ones to reveal that Honda 2 Wheelers India dealers have started taking bookings for the new Activa 125, and today we have the exact launch date and prices of the new scooter.
To be launched on April 28th, the Activa 125 will be made available in two variants - Standard (with drum brakes) and Deluxe (Disc brakes & alloys) priced at Rs 52,447 and Rs 58,156 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. If dealers are to be believed, they had received the first lot of the scooter in a very few number, which have already been delivered to the customers who booked the scooter first.
In terms of styling, the new Activa's headlight and front chrome bar seem to have taken its design cues from the Aviator. What's also differentiate the new scooter from the regular Activa is the 125cc, four-stroke, single cylinder engine that couple to a V-matic CVT gearbox churns out a maximum power output of 8.6bhp, while yielding 10.12Nm of peak torque.
The Activa 125 is available in four colours - midnight blue, pearl white, sword silver and black.
