Hero MotoCorp has shared new images of its upcoming Vida electric motorcycle concept, previewing more of its design details. The concept, originally referred to as the Ubex concept by the brand in a now-deleted social media post, is named Project VXZ and previews a street fighter-style motorcycle that, in the shadowy teasers, looks very much close to production.

The Project VXZ (left) looks to get some marked differences compared to the now-deleted teaser shared last week; The Concept Ubex is now known to be an off-road motorcycle concept.
Interestingly, the new image shows notable changes from the previous teaser, such as a sharper headlight housing, a revised instrument panel design, and a sharper tail section replete with a more pronounced stepped split seat. Also visible is the signature Vida LED DRL design with a projector headlight. The wheel design too looks to be slightly different, while the motorcycle seems to have gone from a chain drive to a belt drive system.

The mid-drive layout with the electric motor and batteries positioned in place of the traditional internal combustion engine remains unchanged.

It, however, remains to be seen if the previous teaser originally shared by the company is for a separate variant of the VXZ or a different motorcycle entirely.

Concept Ubex will be an off-road motorcycle concept.
