The scooter is targeted towards rural markets where penetration of automatic two wheelers is still lower and the model is intended to offer a pracitcal and convenient alternative to conventional motorcycles. Equipped with a rear luggage carrier, knobby tyres, and a tried and tested 110 cc single-cylinder engine, the Honda CLIQ intends to click with the masses and will be produced at the company's Tapukara facility in Rajasthan. The model will be launched in a phased manner and will be available pan India before the festive season.
