- The mobile dining table appears to be mounted on a lawnmower
- Netizens applauded Mahindra's sense of humour for sharing the video
Anand Mahindra is highly active on social media and the Mahindra Group Chairman is quick to share all the exciting things on his virtual plate. From quirky images to videos, we've seen it all, while the platform has also been a great tool to transform the lives of several people over the years. So, trust the Mahindra chairman to bring something interesting every now and then, and this time, it's quite closer to home. Anand Mahindra recently shared a video of a mobile dining table with four men enjoying a feast as they ride to the fuel station for a quick top-up. As the tycoon puts it, the "e" in e-mobility stands for "eat."

The mobile table seems to be a lawnmower that has been modified with a dining table and four chairs retrofitted on the base. The contraption rides into the fuel station as the four men continue with their meal while the attendant steps in to refuel the vehicle, and the boys are on their way. The 24-second video has been a massive hit on social media with over two million views so far.

What's more interesting are the different reactions that internet users had to the video. One user wrote, "I should show this to my kid. He might add this to the sofa ride he built yesterday."

Certain brands too jumped the ship trying to book an "e-table."
Interestingly, one user was quick to point out that a real-life version of the moving table was available in the UK. They wrote, "Found a better one in London where the e-aters actually cycle for their meal."

Many users were quick to mention how this wouldn't possible on Indian roads. Nevertheless, the video is just one of the many hilarious ones that Mahindra has shared over the years and does not really have anything to do with Mahindra's electric mobility plans at large. But Mahindra will be going in the e-mobility in the coming years and will showcase its new 'Born Electric' concepts in a few weeks that preview that brand's future product line-up.
