Jeep India Sells 20,000 Units Of The Compass SUV Since Its Launch

Jeep India has delivered 20,000 units of the Compass SUV in the country and it has achieved this number in just over 8 months after its launch. The company has been exporting the Compass and has already reached its 25,000 units production milestone. The Ranjangaon facility has seen an investment of $280 million by FCA and the fact that 65 per cent of the Compass comprises of local parts also made a huge difference in the way it was priced at the time of launch.
The company also announced the 'Jeep 4x4 Month' which will run from April 4 to April 30, 2018 in India. As part of this celebration, Jeep encourages new customers who are currently considering or have booked a 4x2 variant to upgrade to the Limited 4x4 variant by paying just Rs. 50,000 more

We have sold close to 20,000 Jeep Compass SUVs since market launch and it is humbling, yet exciting to witness the sheer pride and exuberance of Jeep Compass owners as they our product out of the ordinary and explore new horizons. It is our endeavour to take every opportunity to help them achieve their aspiration."
He also went on to state that the company had already delivered over 6000 units of the Compass in the first quarter of 2018
