Kia Soul EV makes its European debut at Geneva Motor Show

The Kia Soul EV has made its European debut at the 84th Salon International de I'Automobile (Geneva Motor Show) in Geneva. The Soul EV is the companies first venture in electric vehicle & the production will begin in the Second half of 2014.
The two-tone colour scheme with contrasting floating roof and 16 inch allow wheels with 81.4 KW powered electric motor which produces 285 Nm of torque. The battery pack has been jointly developed by Kia Motors and SK Innovation in Korea.
Low- resistance Nickel cobalt Manganese cathodes and carbon graphite anodes reduce electric resistance and allow more efficient energy discharge. Well this physics might be really help the European Market the future of electric car in India is still blurred and Kia has no plans to enter the Indian market with any such innovative products.
