Mahindra Launches Its Own Fast Charge Network, Two Stations Go Live

- Mahindra charging stations are called charge_in
- They have a fast charge capacity of 180 kW
- 2 stations have already begun functioning
Mahindra has launched its own fats charging network days before launching its latest EV in the market, the XEV 9S. As part of Mahindra charge_in the brand has also inaugurated two fast charging stations at Hoskote on NH 75, Bengaluru – Chennai highway and Murthal on NH44, on the Delhi-Chandigarh highway. Both the charging stations comprise two ultra-fast chargers capable of charging 4 EVs at once. Vehicles can charged at speeds of up to 180 kW and these stations are open to vehicles from all brands.

Mahindra plans to set up 250 electric vehicle charging stations, each with 180 kW, with over 1,000 charging points by the end of 2027. According to the company, the stations will be strategically positioned along major highway corridor and will be co-located with wayside amenities such as restaurants, cafes, making them natural halting points for travelers.
