Hero MotoCorp recently launched a new special variant of its popular 160 cc naked street motorcycle, the Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition. The Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition has been introduced in a new Matte Black colour scheme, with disc brakes at both ends and single-channel ABS. It is priced at Rs. 1.16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Mechanically, there are no changes to the Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition, and it shares the same underpinnings as the standard model, which is the Hero Xtreme 160R. The Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition comes in an exclusive matte black colour option.
The Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition gets LED winkers, side-stand engine cut-off, and also gets some new features. It now gets an integrated USB charger, LCD brightness adjustment and a new gear position indicator on the speedometer console.

The 160 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder fuel-injected engine produces 15 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. Apart from the dedicated matte black colour scheme, the Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition gets a new 3D emblem branding and the "Stealth" badge.
