The Triumph Street Triple R is the mid-spec variant of the Triumph Street Triple internationally positioned between the RS and the S models. In India though, this is the base version in the Street Triple family below the RS and packs quite a punch on its own. The new Triumph Street Triple R has seen extensive upgrades to its design for a more appealing look, while power now comes from the Moto2 derived 765 cc in-line three-cylinder engine tuned for 116 bhp and 77 Nm of peak torque. While it may miss out on the top-spec hardware, it still gets Showa USD big piston forks and a monoshock RSU. There's also a quickshifter, ride-by-wire with three riding modes, ABS and traction control.
