Bajaj Auto Bike Sales Decline Marginally in April

Bajaj Auto today reported a marginal decline in motorcycle sales at 2,99,636 units in April 2014.
The company had sold 3,00,827 units in the corresponding month of previous year, Bajaj Auto said in a statement.
Exports were up 16% during the month at 1,50,714 units compared to 1,30,329 units in April 2013.
In the commercial vehicles category, its sales stood at 31,893 units, down 26%, as against 43,351 units in the same month a year ago.
