2015 Audi RS7 Sportback Launched; Priced at Rs. 1.4 Crore

The car gets a hybrid aluminium body which harkens to Audi's lightweight design. The A7 has been transformed into a performance car and that's why a whole bunch of changes had to be made. To begin with, the chassis of the RS7 Sportback gets the specifically tuned RS adaptive air suspension.
It also comes with the RS sport suspension plus with Dynamic Ride control as an option. There is also Electronic stabilization Control with Sport mode, which, and this is good news for those wanting some sideways action; can be turned off.
Under the hood, the RS7 gets a 4.0-litre TFSI Bi-Turbo V8 engine which churns out a hefty 560bhp and develops 700Nm of torque. With all that power at its disposal, the RS7 can pounce from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds and according to Audi, there are three versions of top speed on offer. So you can choose between a top speed of 250km/h, 280 km/h and 305 km/h. Needless to say the faster you go, the more fuel you consume.
Up front, the 2015 RS7 gets a new front bumper and Matrix LED Headlamps. It also gets an RS specific driver information system with shift light. The inside is adorned with black interior, carbon inlays and RS7 logos. The RS7 also comes with the MMI navigation plus with MMI touch. There is also a tyre pressure monitoring system with air pressure and temperature display.

The Audi RS7 sees rivals in the form of the Mercedes- Benz E63 AMG and the BMW 6-series Gran Coupe. This is just one of many Audi performance cars to hit the Indian market this year.
