2018 Hero Super Splendor Launched In India At Rs. 57,190

- The new Hero Super Splendor gets a new 125 cc engine
- It also features Hero's idle start-stop system
- Hero currently has a share of 55% in the 125 cc bike market in India
Hero MotoCorp had showcased its 2018 range of commuter bikes in December 2017 and we even got a chance to ride it. And now, the company has finally launched the 2018 Super Splendor in India at a price of Rs. 57,190 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Hero says that the new Super Splendor is targeted at young professionals. Hero MotoCorp currently has a share of 55 per cent in the domestic market share for 125 cc motorcycles. The bike has a 125 cc engine which is air-cooled and makes 11.24 bhp at 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 11 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The new 2018 Super Splendor also gets Hero's i3S start-stop system as well. Hero claims that the new model offers 27 per cent more power and 6 per cent more torque and can reach a top speed of 94 kmph.

The new Super Splendor retains the core attributes of one of India's most reliable brands - Splendor - and is surely going to appeal to customers across the country."

Hero will be offering the new Super Splendor in five colours, which are Black with purple, Black with Fiery Red Black with silver, Candy Blazing Red and Heavy Grey. In terms of features, the new Super Splendor gets auto-headlamp on, side-stand indicator along with a new seat and underseat storage as well.
