Actor R. Madhavan Buys The Indian Roadmaster Cruiser Worth Rs. 40 Lakh

Actor Ranganathan Madhavan or R. Madhavan, known for his love of two wheels decided to expand his garage with a cool new cruiser. Not just any cruiser, mind you, the Tanu Weds Manu actor recently took delivery of his brand new Indian Roadmaster, during the auspicious festival of Diwali, adding the luxury motorcycle to his exotic garage. The actor recently took to social media platform Instagram to share images of his new prized possession while taking delivery of the model. The Indian Roadmaster is the American manufacturer's flagship offering complete with all the bells and whistles that can put even some cars to shame and is priced at a hefty Rs. 40.45 lakh (ex-showroom). Maddy certainly knows to tour with style.

The Indian Roadmaster is one of the most luxurious cruisers you can get your hands and packs in the quintessential vintage styling of Indian motorcycles coupled with the modern tech wizardry and powertrain for easy riding. Madhavan's Roadmaster is finished in a dual-tone paint scheme of ivory and black and is every bit of an attention seeker.
Having made its debut at the 2016 Auto Expo in India, the Indian Roadmaster draws power from a 1811 cc Thunderstroke 111, V-Twin engine that churns out 138 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired to a 6-speed gearbox that helps propel the rear wheel of this fantastic beast.
Some of the features on the Indian Roadmaster include heated seats and grips, adjustable floorboards and electronically adjustable windshield. The cruiser can accommodate the rider and pillion in absolute comfort while the panniers offer up to 64.4 litres of storage capacity.

In addition, the Indian Roadmaster also come with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that offers access to music, navigation, and much more. The system also comes with USB and Bluetooth connectivity that allows you to pair your smartphone with the motorcycle. Other features include pathfinder LED lights, cruise control, remote locking and much more.
R Madhavan has made a name for himself in both the Hindi and Tamil film industry with movies like Rang de Basanti, 3 Idiots, Tanu Weds Manu, Evano Oruvan and more recently Vikram Vedha. The avid biker has a penchant for mean machines and has previously owned the BMW K1600 GTL, Ducati Diavel and the Yamaha V-Max. The Indian Roadmaster is an extremely exotic addition to his garage. We hope to see more of the actor on the open roads in his new cruiser.
