Bajaj CT100B Entry-Level Commuter Bike Launched; Priced at Rs. 30,990

From what we can see, the Bajaj CT100B loses the bikini fairing and gets the round headlamps. According to the folks at Bajaj, the seating too is very comfortable and from what we can see, this flatter seat looks exactly like the one on the Bajaj Boxer.

The rear grab rail comes with a black powder coated paint job, which is in fact very basic. The tyres too are lower-spec ones and there is a significant improvement in the fuel efficiency figure. The engine though is the same 99cc which does duty on the CT100 and churns out 8.2PS. However, there have been some significant improvements see it give out 9.6km/l more than what the CT100 claims to achieve. With a figure of 99.1km/l, the Bajaj CT100B becomes the second most fuel efficient two-wheeler in the Indian market; the top crown holder still is the Hero Splendor iSmart.
