Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Launching On March 26, 2015 in India

Bajaj Auto, the Indian two-wheeler giant, that recently teased the pictures and a video of the much-awaited 200cc fully-faired bike - the RS 200 - will launch it on March 26, 2015. Like we informed our readers in an earlier article, the bike will be called the RS 200 instead of the 200 SS.

In the teaser video, the company has already revealed that the RS 200 is the 'fastest Pulsar yet'. Interestingly, the company is planning to launch two more powerful bikes under the Pulsar brand - Pulsar CS 400 and Pulsar SS 400 - within this year.

Just so you know, the Pulsar RS 200 is based on the NS200, though it shares its design with the SS 400 concept that was unveiled at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. Powering the bike will be the NS200's 199.5cc engine that is good for 23bhp and 18Nm. Other than the NS-200 inspired tank and plastic spatter guard, features like twin-projector head-lamp, clip-on handlebar, a small-side slung exhaust and the split seat designs are directly taken from the CS 400 concept.

Though the company hasn't revealed the pricing of the bike, we expect it to be priced around Rs 1.10 lakh - Rs 1.30 lakh.
