Diwali 2017: Festive Season Offers And Discounts On Cars In India

- The Ciaz is available with a cash and exchange bonus of up to Rs. 50,000
- Nissan is offering Diwali benefits up to Rs. 50,000 on the Terrano
- The Honda Amaze is also available with offers up to Rs. 50,000
The festive season is clearly one of the best times to buy cars in India, especially around Diwali. While sentimentally it's an auspicious occasion for many to make such purchases, practically this is the time when car manufacturer and dealers are offering some of best discount schemes, benefits and other festive offers. While we are already a month into this year's festive season, it's now, around Diwali that you'll find a lot of lucrative offers. While at dealership level the offers and scheme might vary from city to city or state to state, here are some of the discount benefits and festive offers currently offered in India.

Maruti Suzuki India
(Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Diesel is available with benefits of Rs. 40,000)
Maruti Suzuki is offering a number of discounts on its range of cars right from the Alto to the Ertiga and even the Ciaz. Maruti Suzuki is offering a cash discount of Rs. 20,000 on the Alto 800 and Rs. 10,000 on the Alto K10, there's an exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000 on both the models as well. There are some good deals on the AMT version too with cash discounts going up to Rs. 15,000 and exchange bonuses offered up to Rs. 20,000. Maruti dealers are also offering cash discounts in the range of Rs. 20,000 - 22,000, exchange bonuses offered stand at Rs. 15,000 on the Celerio and Swift. Also, the Ertiga, which is available in petrol, diesel and CNG variants, is getting Rs. 9000 cash discount on the CNG and Rs. 12,000 on the diesel. Exchange bonuses range from Rs. 20,000 for the petrol and CNG to Rs. 45,000 for the diesel. The Ciaz diesel, on the other hand, is also available with benefits of Rs. 40,000 and exchange bonus of Rs. 50,000.
Nissan and Datsun India
(Nissan Terrano is available with benefits up to Rs. 50,000)
This Diwali, Nissan and Datsun India have announced its 'Biggest Diwali Carnival' with a host of benefits for car buyers. During the four-day non-stop carnival, from 7th to 10th October all Nissan and Datsun showrooms across India will offer special Diwali benefits such as free insurance, an exchange bonus and more. The company is offering special Diwali benefits of up to Rs. 15,000 on all Datsun models along with other consumer benefits up to Rs. 19,000. On Nissan cars, customers can avail Diwali benefits up to Rs. 20,000 on the Micra and Micra Active and up to Rs. 50,000 on the Nissan Terrano. Similarly, there are benefits of up to INR 30,000 on the Nissan Sunny sedan.
Honda Cars India
(New Honda Amaze comes with offers up to Rs. 50,000)
Honda Cars India has also initiated its 'The Great Honda Fest' this Diwali offers discount benefits, free first-year insurance and other offers. Considering the City received a facelift only early this year and the WR-V is also all-new, there aren't any cash benefits or offers on these cars. The Honda Brio comes with cash discount up to Rs. 21,200 while the BR-V gets cash discount up to Rs. 1 lakh. The Honda Jazz comes with Diwali benefits up to Rs. 42,000, which includes a free insurance and a discount of up to Rs. 15,000. The Honda Amaze comes with offers up to Rs. 50,000 which includes - 1st Year Insurance + Rs. 26,000 worth accessories.
Volkswagen India
(Volkswagen Ameo comes with discounts benefit of up to Rs. 50,000)
Volkswagen is also offering Diwali benefits for the Polo, Ameo and Vento model. The VW Polo Comfortline Petrol, Diesel comes with discounts up to Rs. 25,000 and the Polo Highline variant gets up to Rs. 50,000. There are also discounts of up to Rs. 50,000 on the Ameo, Rs. 90,000 on the Vento diesel Highline DGS automatic and Rs. 60,000 on the Vento petrol Highline DGS automatic. Additionally, all models also come with Rs. 20,000 exchange bonus and Rs. 20,000 loyalty bonus.
Tata Motors
(The Tata Zest comes with exchange bonus of Rs. 15,000 and discount of Rs. 20,000)
Tata Motors is also offering good discounts on its cars except on the new models like - Tiago, Tigor, Hexa and the all-new Nexon. While the Nano comes with benefits up to Rs. 15,000 with exchange bonus of 10,000, the Bolt and the Zest comes with exchange bonus of Rs. 15,000 and discount of Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 20,000 respectively. The Safari Storme also comes with benefits up to Rs. 20,000 and exchange bonus of Rs. 15,000.
