Hyundai's 'Free Monsoon Check-up' Campaign Begins


South Korean auto maker, Hyundai has commenced free monsoon check up campaign for Hyundai owners. The campaign began on June 16, 2014 and will last until August 30, 2014. Hyundai has chalked out a comprehensive plan under the initiative and it plans on conducting the free monsoon check up in all the cities in the country. Experts at the authorized Hyundai service centres will do the 22-point copious check up of the cars. Customers can avail the following services for free under the programme including a car wash, scrutinising all fluid levels and leaks, steering, brakes, tyre condition, windshield washer, wiper blades operation and clutch.
Speaking on the commencement of the campaign Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing, HMIL, said, "The Free Monsoon Check-up' campaign is an initiative to build a strong bond with our valuable customers. The monsoon check-up camp is one of the service initiatives which Hyundai provides to its valued customers free of cost to ensure the safety of the vehicles during the monsoons. We are expecting to target our large customer base and we aim to provide them with the maximum benefit and services."
Such campaigns help auto makers to connect directly with the customers and build a rapport with them. It also gives auto makers a chance to win over their customers which further works in their favour.
