Jaguar Land Rover India Announces 10 Launches In FY 2018-19

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India today announced its plan for the 2018-19 financial year and has promised at least ten new product actions, which will include both product launches, as well as model updates. The announcement was made along with the company's sales report for the previous fiscal year, during which the Jaguar Land Rover India saw a growth of over 83 per cent, in India. In fact, JLR India says that its aggressive product plan for FY 2018-19 will help the company sustain the strong growth momentum the company has achieved during the previous fiscal year.

While the Jaguar Land Rover hasn't revealed any of the upcoming model or facelifts which will be coming to India this year, there are certainly a few models that we expect will be making their way to our shore during this financial year. For instance, both the Range Rover Sport and Range Rover are expected to receive a facelift this year, while Land Rover might also launch the Discovery SVX in India. On the other hand, Jaguar is likely to launch the F-Pace SVR in India this year, which was recently showcased at the New York Auto Show 2018.

Currently, both Jaguar and Land Rover together offer eleven models in India - the XE, XF, F-Pace, XJ and the F-Type from Jaguar, and the Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, the new-gen Discovery, the Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Sport and the Range Rover, from Land Rover. In fact, last month the company's launched its first convertible SUV for India in the form of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible.
