Mercedes-Benz India has silently launched a petrol version of the recently introduced 2018 C-Class facelift. Priced at Rs. 43.46 lakh (ex-showroom, India) the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class petrol - the C200 - only comes in one trim, Progressive, and shares its features list with its diesel counterpart, the C220d. 2018 Mercedes-C-Class is only offered in one variant - C200 Progressive
The new 1.5-litre engine powering the Mercedes-Benz C200 is a four-cylinder unit that produces 181 bhp at 5,800-6,100 rpm and develops 280 Nm of peak torque at 3,000-4,000 rpm.
