Volkswagen Introduces 4 Limited Edition Models For Its 10th Anniversary

- Volkswagen Ameo and Polo Anniversary gets new alloys and decals
- Volkswagen Polo GT Sport comes with new paint job and accessories
- Volkswagen Vento AllStar model gets new alloys and aluminium pedals
German automaker Volkswagen has recently launched four new special edition models of its popular cars - Polo, Vento, Ameo and Polo GT. Introduced specifically for the festive season and the commemorate the carmaker's 10th anniversary in the Indian market, the limited edition models include - Volkswagen Ameo and Polo Anniversary Editions, Volkswagen Vento AllStar and Volkswagen Polo GT Sport. Additionally, Volkswagen is celebrating its 10th anniversary across its dealerships in India calling it the Volksfest 2017. A month long carnival where Volkswagen's existing and prospective customers can avail a range of attractive offers, exciting service benefits and assured gifts across all Volkswagen dealerships in India on a new purchase.

Commenting on the special initiatives, Steffen Knapp, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Group Sales India said, "Welcoming the festive season 'Volksfest 2017' will be celebrated with added customer benefits. This year the celebrations are a notch higher with the introduction of the anniversary edition of Polo and Ameo, Vento AllStar and Polo GT Sport thereby offering a variety of options for our customers to choose from. With this, we offer a bouquet of added services for our existing customers and welcome new customers to the Volkswagen family."

As for the aforementioned limited edition models, the cars just come with minor cosmetic updates and no mechanical changes whatsoever. For instance, the Volkswagen Polo gets a new 15-inch dual tone Razor alloy wheels, side decals, and premium diamond design black seat covers. On the other hand, the Ameo Anniversary model gets Tosa 15-inch Alloy wheels as factory fitment and honeycomb design seat covers along with special graphic designs as dealer fitments.

Similarly, the Volkswagen Vento AllStar model also gets few cosmetic add-ons like new Linas alloy wheels, aluminium pedal clusters and new black and grey interiors, front centre armrest, rear AC vents and the coveted ALL STAR badge for the interior. The Volkswagen Polo GT Sport, at the same time, comes with a bunch of cosmetic updates like - burnished 16-inch alloy wheels, stylish 'GT Sport' side foils, a roof-mounted spoiler, dual tone paint scheme with a blackened roof, and new upholstery.
