Powering the 2022 Audi Q7 is a 3.0-litre TFSI, V6 petrol engine that belts out 335 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque, mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic gearbox and the Quattro AWD system as standard. Like the new Q5, the Q7 will get a mild-hybrid system, featuring a 48-volt electric motor, powered by a Lithium-ion battery, and a belt alternator starter (BAS). The SUV can go from 0-100 kmph in under 5.9 seconds. In our market, the new Audi Q7 will rival the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLS, BMW X7, Volvo XC90, and Land Rover Discovery.

The Audi Q7 facelift is a decent step up from its predecessor and takes inspiration from the Q8's cabin.

The new Audi Q7 facelift is quite a departure from the pre-facelift model in terms of looks. The new model has a more macho and outdoorsy demeanor rather than a sophisticated business class appeal. The face particularly looks bold courtesy of the massive grille with wide chrome slats. It is flanked by full-LED headlights that are standard, while customers also have the option of the HD Matrix LED technology with Audi laser light. The SUV also gets larger intakes, new alloy wheels, new sleeker LED taillights, and sharper bumpers.

The SUV also comes with a new steering wheel and premium upholstery among a host of other creature comforts.
