- Audi Gurugram Service centre now open 24x7
- Three shifts will be working round the clock
- Audi customers can drop their cars for service at any convenient time
Audi is one of the most customer friendly luxury car brands in India. The German carmaker recently announced that its biggest workshop, Audi service Gurgaon, will now be available for service round the clock. That's right. Be it any time of the day or night, Audi customers can drop in and give their cars for servicing at their convenience. This becomes a very convenient option for customers as they can drop their cars even after office. Also, Audi says that it will also generate faster turnaround times, thanks to an increase in productive hours.
(Audi Gurugram service centre is now open 24x7)The Audi Gurgaon service centre will have 3 shifts working non-stop. This will ensure that the team of servicemen and mechanics are not over-burdened. Audi says that the current level of service efficiency will go up by a significant 30 per cent. Also, the infrastructure of the service centre gets utilised to its maximum with round the clock shifts.
"Customer experience is at the forefront of what we do at Audi and a great service experience is vital towards that. Audi Service Gurgaon has taken the lead in activating round-the-clock operations for the benefit of our customers. We are sure that this along with other initiatives that we are taking will strengthen our customer satisfaction efforts," said Joe King, Head, Audi India.
This is not the first instance where Audi has taken initiatives in a bid to reach out to customers. Earlier it had introduced the Audi Mobile Terminal where a trailer truck was converted into a mobile Audi showroom and the same covered the length and breadth of the country in order to engage with potential customers in smaller towns and cities. Some of Audi's other initiatives on the service front include the Technical Apprenticeship Programme in collaboration with three training institutes in India and opening the Audi Technical Service Centre in Mumbai.
