Hero also unveiled the first production electric dirt bike under its recently announced Vida Dirt.E brand in the form of the Dirt.E K3, which was previewed by the Vida Acro concept last year. Targeting budding riders in the age group of 4 to 10 years, the K3 uniquely offers an adjustable rider's triangle and wheelbase that the company says allows the motorcycle to ‘grow with riders.’ The company also confirmed that the K3 would feature a 360 Wh removable battery offering up to 3 hours of riding on a single charge, and three ride modes usable via a paired smartphone app.

A unique feature of the K3 is that its wheelbase and rider triangle can be increased or decreased based on the size of the rider.
Of course, the K3 is not designed for use on public roads. Hero says that the motorcycle will be made available in both Europe and India going forward.
The second model to be unveiled under the Dirt.E series was the MX7 racing concept, a full-sized electric dirt bike designed and developed in collaboration with Hero’s Dakar Rally engineers.

Rounding out the new Vida products was a trio of personal mobility concepts called the Nex 1 1, Nex 2 and Nex 3 under a new Vida Novus sub-brand. The Nex 1 previewed a portable personal mobility scooter- similar to a Segway, capable of being folded and carried as a backpack and then unfolded into a personal mobility device to get around.

The Nex 2 took the form of a large electric trike, while the Nex 3 was a tandem-seat electric quadricycle offering complete protection from the elements, with the stability of four wheels and a diminutive size.

One model that, however, was not unveiled was Project VxZ, previewed in teasers in the build-up to EICMA. The company, however, did provide new details on the concept, which is set to be a collaboration between Vida and US-based Zero Motorcycles.
The company said that the motorcycle would feature a true global platform and offer class-leading performance as well as ride and handling. The company also said that the model would offer a ‘true balance between form and function.’
