Moving to the second, the covered concept has a typical grand tourer cab-backwards design with a long bonnet and flowing lines and could preview a spiritual successor to the iconic S 2000.
Moving to more mainstream products, Honda says that it is targeting to launch two new EV models in North America by 2024 – namely the Next-gen Prologue SUV and a new Acura electric SUV. The company also revealed that it planned to introduce affordable EVs with competitive cost and range to gasoline vehicles by 2027 in North America. Moving to the Chinese market Honda plans to introduce 10 new EVs by 2027. In its home market of Japan, the company says it plans to introduce a commercial mini-EV in 2024 followed up by a mini-EV for personal use and an EV SUV.
