Roadside assistance will also now be available for 4 years at no extra cost. Skoda Service Care will be the next big pillar the new strategy stands on.
The company currently sells four models--Rapid, Yeti Octavia and Superb in India. Octavia is priced between Rs 16.58 lakh and Rs 22.41 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The company has already announced that 4 cars will make it to India by 2017 and we've told you all about this strategy. This might not be a major set back for the company but it's initiatives like these that reaffirms a customers belief in a brand.
