Skoda has launched the Kushaq in India and the new SUV is entering quite a hotly contested segment in the country. The new Skoda Kushaq gets a 10-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and wireless MirrorLink along with the My Skoda Connect connected car tech. The new touchscreen is apt in size, easy to read and offers sharp graphics.
Wireless Charger
It also gets wireless charger.
Wireless chargers are becoming a common feature nowadays. We have seen it in a slew of Hyundai and Kia models including the Hyundai i20, Hyundai Venue, Hyundai Creta, Kia Sonet and Kia Seltos among others and even the German carmaker has started offering it in its compact models.

Even smaller displacement turbocharged engines are punchy and yet fuel efficient, and the Skoda Kushaq gets two of them. Under the hood, it is being offered with a choice of two petrol engines - a 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder TSI. The former is tuned to make 113 bhp and 175 Nm of peak torque. And the latter belts out 148 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options will include a six-speed manual gearbox along with optional six-speed automatic transmission on the 1.0-Litre TSI, while the 1.5-litre TSI is offered with a seven-speed DSG gearb
