Toyota Kirloskar Motor Introduces "Door Delivery" Service For Genuine Part

- The Door Delivery service is to improve customer convenience in pandemic
- Toyota has started with the service in 12 cities as of now.
- It is aiming at providing service in all cities by the end of this year.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced a 'Door Delivery' option for customers to procure genuine parts for their vehicles. The service is an extension of the "Toyota Parts Connect" which is an outreach program to assist customers with the availability and accessibility of genuine parts launched in 2015. The 'Door Delivery' option is aimed at improving customer convenience, especially during pandemic. With the introduction of the option of 'Door Delivery', customers will have the choice to opt for pickup of parts from the dealerships or get it delivered at their door-steps.

Toyota has started with the door-step delivery service in 12 cities.
Commenting on the introduction of this new value proposition, Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President said, "With the launch of this initiative, we have achieved yet another milestone towards our commitment in providing best customer experience. Genuine parts play a vital role towards safety of customers and vehicles, therefore, it's our continuous endeavour to improve the accessibility and availability of genuine parts for a user-friendly experience. This initiative will further help us to move one step ahead in providing expediency in procuring genuine parts and other vehicle related parts, making it easy and stress-free process for our customers.

Customers can also pick up parts from Toyota authorised workshops.
Toyota has further increased the range of products under this program including car care essentials, engine oil, and other categories namely tyre and battery among others. The service is currently available across 12 cities and will be further expanded to all the cities in the country by the end of 2021. The service will also help customers with easy delivery of genuine parts even when they get their vehicles serviced in an aftermarket workshop.
