Power comes from the 1158 cc V4 Granturismo engine tuned for 168 bhp and 125 Nm of peak torque
With the latest Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, Ducati brings the Desmosedici GP '21-derived livery. The bike gets a chopped front fender while tweaks include the 17-inch forged aluminium Marchesini wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV rubber that are 2.7 kg lighter than those on the Multistrada V4 S. There's also the full Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension, single-sided swingarm, and a new race riding mode.
The ergonomics have been revised for a slightly sportier set-up but Ducati says the bike continues to offer comfortability as well
Power comes from the 1158 cc V4 Granturismo engine that develops 168 bhp at 10,500 rpm and 125 Nm of peak torque at 8,750 rpm. There are plenty of electronic aids including riding modes, up/down quickshifter, cornering ABS, Ducati traction control and wheelie control, vehicle hold control, radar-assisted blindspot detection and adaptive cruise control. The chassis has been tweaked as well and the Pikes Peak's peak is now 1.25 degrees greater and wheelbase geometry has been revised by 0.0011 inches. The footpegs are also set higher and farther back (10 mm each way), and the handlebars are narrower and more bent. The changes may seem minimal but Ducati says they offer the right balance between sportiness and comfort on the Multistrada V4.

The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is likely to arrive in India next year
Braking hardware remains the best with twin 330 mm front discs with Brembo Stylema monobloc callipers and a single 265 mm rotor at the rear with a Brembo floating calliper. The bike also gets a 6.5-inch TFT screen coupled with the Ducati Connect system. The Pikes Peak runs an Akrapovic titanium and carbon silencer. Other modern bits include the full LED lighting, Ducati Brake Light function, self-cancelling turn indicators, and more.
The Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak will arrive internationally later this year, while we can expect the India launch to take place in 2022. It will most likely be the most expensive variant in the Multistrada V4 family. The range currently begins at Rs. 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
