Auto Expo 2016: BMW to Launch All-New 7 Series and X1

BMW is all set to launch its all-new 7 Series luxury sedan and all-new X1 in India at the upcoming Auto Expo 2016. The new BMW 7 Series will bring with it, 'unmatched luxury and technical innovation', without sacrificing on dynamic performance. The BMW X1 on the other hand, offers 'sturdy proportions, impressive versatility, and premium characteristics.'

Both cars will be unveiled at the Delhi Auto Expo in the presence of legendary Indian cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar. The showcase will take place on 3 February, 2016 and the press conference will be addressed by the President of BMW Group India, Philipp von Sahr.
This year's expo is slated to break many records in terms of its size as over 80 new vehicles are slated to be unveiled. In addition to the new 7 Series and X1, the German auto conglomerate's pavilion will also display the iconic, new and efficient BMW 3 Series. The rest of the company's line-up will include the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo, BMW 5 Series, BMW X3 and X5, BMW M4 Coupe, BMW M6 Gran Coupe, BMW X6 M, BMW Z4, and the BMW i8.

Besides the numerous cars that will be showcased, the German auto giant will also showcase a range of BMW Motorrad products like the BMW S 1000 XR, BMW S 1000 RR, BMW R nine T, and the BMW R 1200 GS. TVS will also showcase its new bike which is based on the BMW G 310 R. The one car that the expo will out on is the BMW 1 Series Sedan which has been caught undergoing extensive testing. When launched, the 1 Series Sedan (codename: F25), showcased as the Concept Compact Sedan at the 2015 Auto Guangzhou, will take on other entry level sedans like the Audi A3 and Mercedes Benz CLA.
