BMW Motorrad Inaugurates Dealership In Delhi

- BMW Motorrad's Delhi dealership is called Lutyens BMW
- By 2018, BMW Motorrad intends to have 10 dealerships across India
- Lutyens BMW is the fifth BMW Motorrad dealership in India
BMW Motorrad has officially started its operations as a part of the Indian subsidiary of BMW Group and has launched Lutyens Motorrad as its dealer partner in Delhi. The dealership is headed by Manish Gupta, Dealer Principal, Lutyens Motorrad. By 2018, BMW Motorrad India intends to have 10 dealerships across India. So far, BMW Motorrad already has four dealerships - in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. By the end of 2017, the dealership footprint will be extended to include Delhi, Chennai and Cochin, and by 2018, Chandigarh and Kolkata will also be added.

Presently, BMW Motorrad is in the process of setting up the team and dealer network in India. Shivapada Ray has been appointed as the head of BMW Motorrad in India. By the second half of 2018, BMW Motorrad will launch the much-awaited BMW G 310 R and BMW G 310 GS, both bikes jointly developed by BMW Motorrad and TVS Motor Company, and manufactured in India at TVS' Hosur factory. The G 310 R is already on sale in markets abroad and apparently, BMW Motorrad is focussing on strengthening the sales and service network in India before launching the bike.
BMW Motorrad dealerships in India will display BMW S 1000 RR, BMW R 1200 RS, BMW R 1200 RT, BMW K 1600 GTL, BMW R 1200 R, BMW S 1000 R, BMW R NineT, BMW R NineT Scrambler, BMW R 1200 G S Adventure, BMW R 1200 GS, BMW S 1000 XR which are available as Completely Built-up Units (CBU). The new showroom in Delhi is located at 10 A, Ring road, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi - 110024. The dealership will deliver international standards of Sales and Service ensuring that customers receive best-in-class post sales ownership experience.
