Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV to be Launched on October 21

Chevrolet TrailBlazer is set to join the growing list of cars that will be launched in India this festive season. Last week, the company had listed the SUV on its official website, and now Chevrolet India has confirmed it will launch the upcoming TrailBlazer SUV on October 21 here. Based on the American carmaker's Colorado pick-up truck, the Chevrolet Trailblazer is a hard-core SUV that first made its debut in India at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo.
The Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV will be powered by a massive 2.8-litre, 4-cylinder, diesel engine that promises 197bhp and 500Nm of maximum torque. Furthermore, it will be offered with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Chevrolet will also offer the choice of all-wheel drive (AWD) and rear-wheel drive (RWD) on the TrailBlazer SUV.
The Chevrolet TrailBlazer will be brought to India via the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route after which, it will be produced at General Motors' facility in Halol, Gujarat.
