Ford Unveils New F-Series Super Duty Pick-Up Truck For $100,000

- The new F-Series range comes in three variants
- The F-450 Super Duty Limited 4x4 is the most expensive in the range
- The F-450 Super Duty Limited 4x4 is capable to tow more than 13,607 kg
Ford has taken the wraps off a new F-Series Super Duty Limited Edition that will put you back by almost $100,000 for the top-end variant. The new range, which is specially tailored for high-end heavy-duty truck customers, comes in three options - F-250 Super Duty Limited 4x4, F-350 Super Duty Limited 4x4 and F-450 Super Duty Limited 4x4. The prices for the new F-Series Pick-up trucks start at $80,835 and goes up to $94,455 if you check every option box. The most luxurious and advanced heavy-duty pickup truck ever created by Ford is capable to tow more than 13,607 kg, about the weight of an Air Force F-35 fighter plane.

On the outside, the new F-Series Super Duty Limited Edition has a special twin-bar satin grille with chrome accents, coupled with quad-beam LED lights and satin-finished tailgate applique. On the inside, the new F-Series Super Duty gets camelback two-tone leather seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, Miko suede headliner, hand-finished dark ash wood trim. To add to this, each Limited variant has a dedicated serial number laser-etched on the center console armrest.

The new Super Duty Limited comes standard with features like 360-degree camera with trailer reverse guidance, BLIS with trailer coverage, adaptive cruise control, adaptive steering, Lane-keeping alert and Forward collision warning with brake support.
Under the hood is Ford's 6.7-litre, V8, power stroke, diesel engine for all the variants and has a 6-Speed automatic transmission.

More than 50 percent of the Super Duty lineup's retail sales this year are high-end models - including Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum series. Ford has taken this to the next level with the new F-Series range, with deliveries to start by the end of this year.
