Maruti Suzuki Expands Online Retail Of Genuine Accessories To 100+ Cities

- Customers can buy products from Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories website
- The website was launched last year as initially active only in Delhi-NCR
- Customers can opt for both home installation or at the dealer's location
Maruti Suzuki India has announced expanding the online retail of its genuine accessories to more than 100 cities across the country. The Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories (MSGA) website was launched last year and was initially in the testing phase, during which only customers in Delhi & NCR could purchase the accessories online. However, the company intended to expand the service pan India in a phased manner, and now, customers from more than 100 cities can buy accessories for their new and existing Maruti cars online.

Talking about the development, Kenichi Ayukawa, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, "The availability of Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories online is in line with our aim to offer a seamless 'Phygital' buying experience to customers. The website enables a hassle-free experience for the customers to buy Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories from the comfort of their homes."

Maruti Suzuki is currently offering over 2000 accessories online and aims to increase this further
Once on the website, users can search accessories based on the vehicle model, variant and product category. The carmaker is currently offering over 2000 accessories online and aims to increase this further. Customers can choose to pay for the accessories through a digital payment gateway with the payment mode of their choice, like UPI, Cards, and Net Banking among others.

Now, depending upon the accessories you choose for your car, you can get them delivered to your doorstep for home installation. However, for bigger accessories, which require professional installation, you will need to select your nearest Maruti Suzuki workshop and take your car there for installing the accessories.
