Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe to Star in Jurassic World

We're interested in this one not only because of the dinosaurs but also because Mercedes-Benz has a whole set of cars in the movie.

We knew that there was a new installment coming in the Jurassic Park series and this one comes 22 years after the first one hit theatres. Yes, we had theatres back then and not multiplexes. We're interested in this one not only because of the dinosaurs but also because Mercedes-Benz has a whole set of cars in the movie. Jurassic World is all set to be released next month and the movie will feature an assortment of Mercedes vehicles including the G-Class, G 63 AMG 6x6, Sprinter and Unimog. In fact, the movie will feature the new GLE Coupe which was unveiled in December last year. Dr Jens Thiemer, Vice President of Marketing, Mercedes-Benz said "In 1997 the Mercedes-Benz M-Class made its first official appearance in the Hollywood Blockbuster 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park'. Today, 18 years later, another Mercedes-Benz car will debut in a significant role in the latest installment of the groundbreaking Jurassic Park series named Jurassic World - the new GLE Coupe." The movie will center around a new amusement park which has been opened and has begun conducting genetic experiments on dinosaurs while the Mercedes-Benz cars will do their best to drive their occupants to safety from the jaws of the dinosaurs.
