New Bajaj Discover 150 S Launching on August 11, 2014
Bajaj, the home-grown bikemaker, is all set to launch the new Discover 150S in India on August 11, 2014. There will also be a semi-faired version of the bike, the 150F, with similar features but a little heavier price tag. The new bike will be made available in two variants - the drum brake and the disc brake. The bike has already reached dealerships and is available for pre-bookings.
The Discover 150S resembles the Discover 125, albeit new body graphics and colours. It feature an analogue instrument console and 10-spoke alloy wheels. Powering the bike will be a new 150cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-valve engine. Power will be transmitted to the rear wheel of the bikes via a 5-speed gearbox.

Since Bajaj already has Pulsar in the 150cc segment, we expect the Discover 150 to be a tad cheaper and less powerful than the former.
