Shah Rukh Khan Sets Twitter On Fire Astride A BMW G 310 R

- SRK completes 27 years in Bollywood
- He made his debut with 'Deewana' in 1992
- He is a big advocate of child safety in cars
Shah Rukh Khan is a force of nature! Whatever he does usually ends up trending on Twitter. The Badshah of Bollywood is known for his love of automobiles and recently, he put up a video on social media where he is seen with a BMW G 310 R and the BMW G 310 GS. Needless to say, the video went viral on Twitter. In the video, SRK speaks about how he has spent 27 years in Bollywood and how he rode into the hearts of his fans riding a modified dirt-bike to the sound of "Koi Na Koi Chahiye, Pyaar Karne Wala" in his debut movie, Deewana, way back in 1992.

Yes, he did ride the BMW G 310 R in the video albeit very, very briefly and inside his house. In fact, BMW Motorcycles sent him both motorcycles to try out. SRK says that he is very keen on taking both motorcycles out for a spin and reiterates about safety and how important it is to wear a helmet and how everyone should wear a helmet whenever they are on a two-wheeler. We at carandbike agree with him one hundred per cent and consider safety to be of paramount importance as far as vehicles are concerned. Shah Rukh Khan has fans in millions and yes, many of them will emulate the superstar. While we applaud his message on rider safety and the importance of helmets, we would have felt better about it if he had a helmet on as well.

Shah Rukh Khan is brand ambassador with Hyundai where he has also been actively involved with the brand's road safety campaign, 'Be The Better Guy' - since last year. carandbike supports all safety initiatives, and urges you to ensure children sit in the back seat, and toddlers/infants are placed in child seats always.
