Tata Curvv Electric SUV Concept Expected Launch
The new Tata Curvv EV is a concept car, but the official name of the production version of the mid-sized SUV coupe will be announced closer to its launch in 2024. Upon launch, the Tata Curvv EV will be positioned above the Tata Nexon EV in the company's EV lineup. The launch of the EV version will be followed by the introduction of the petrol & diesel-powered models.
The front section of the EV concept features a full-length LED light bar and looks quite sharp.
Tata Curvv Electric SUV Concept Design
Although a concept, the design of the Tata Curvv electric SUV is sharp and bold, With the EV concept, Tata introduces its new ‘Digital' design language, which we will also get to see in the rest of its SUV range soon, including the Tata Punch, Tata Nexon, Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, as well on their respective electric counterparts. The futuristic design follows a minimalistic approach, and so, the front section of the EV concept features a full-length LED light bar and looks quite sharp. The Tata badge finds its place below it, with a protruding effect given to it. The front bumper is well sculpted with a black element running across the width, integrated at the side onto the triangular housings for the headlamps. The traditional grille is replaced by a non-existent one accentuating its stance.
While the rear windshield features a light bar covering three sides, the full-width light bar adds a 3D effect to the tail light.
The profile looks even more persuasive, with the sloping roofline integrated into the boot with a strong character line running from the front fender to the C-Pillar above the squared-off wheel arches. You also find the EV badge on the body of the door. The side claddings are blacked out, adding to its ruggedness. The design on the wheels is quite stylish. The ORVMs are digital, camera-based mirror systems, like what we had seen on the Audi e-Tron concept, but sadly, will not be carried to the production version.

The rear replicates the front with several similar design elements. While the rear windshield features a light bar covering three sides, the full-width light bar adds a 3D effect to the tail light. The rear bumper is angular with triangular air vents on either side. The tinted sunroof completes the overall look.
Tata Curvv Electric SUV Concept Cabin
The interior of the Tata Curvv electric SUV concept is straight out of a Sci-Fi movie. It looks futuristic with a good amount of fabric used for the upholstery, elevating the overall vibe of the cabin. The design is clean and follows the same minimalistic approach from the outside. The three-layered dashboard also consists of an LED light strip running the girth of the cabin, along with an angular lower section that houses the climate control at the centre.

The centre console features a rotary knob to toggle between different drive modes. The two free-standing digital screens are the key elements here, as one screen houses the touchscreen infotainment system, while the other is for the instrument cluster, behind the two-spoke steering wheel. This new-gen steering wheel will also be seen on all new products from Tata, with a backlit logo as seen here.
The windows can be controlled via a touch on the driver's side. All the elements used are of high-quality fabric and will be interesting to see if it gets retained in the production version as well. The cabin features a panoramic sunroof as well.
The ORVMs are digital, camera-based mirror systems, like what we had seen on the Audi e-Tron concept, but sadly, will not be carried to the production version.
