Toyota To Hike Prices By 4% From April 1, 2022

Highlights
Toyota Kirloskar Motor today announced that the company will hike the prices of all its models by 4 per cent from April 1, 2022. Toyota is not the first car maker to announce a price hike in the country as Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz India and BMW India have already made similar pronouncements just earlier this week.
Toyota has said that this hike is a result of the rising input cost, including that of raw materials. The company also goes on to state that it has made all conscious efforts to minimize the impact of rising costs on consumers.

2022 Toyota Glanza
Toyota's portfolio currently has the Glanza, Urban Cruiser, Innova Crysta, Fortuner, Hilux, Camry and even the Vellfire. Toyota already has had an overwhelming response to the Hilux, and it's the reason why the company has halted bookings of the pick-up in the country. In fact, the company has yet not announced the price of the car in the country, so we wait to find that out.
