Upcoming Citroen SUV, Codenamed CC21, Spotted Testing In India Again

- The India-spec Citroen SUV is expected to be a sub-4 metre model
- The CC21 will be locally assembled in India.
- It will be underpinned by the company's Common Modular Platform
New spy photos of Citroen's upcoming Made in India SUV, which is codenamed CC21, have surfaced online. Based on the apparatus attached to the car, the prototype model in the images seems to be undergoing emission testing. Having said that, the car is still heavily covered in camouflage, so there is very little for us to comment on the design and styling of the car, however, it will be a subcompact SUV. The car is also likely to borrow some of its cues from the C3 Aircross, which is also slated to be launched in India.

We expect to see a sculpted design with bumper cladding and LED taillamps. The production car will come with alloy wheels
The new images only give us a look at the CC21 SUVs profile and rear section. So, in terms of exterior features, we get to see steel wheels, sleek ORVMs, squared wheel arches, and what appears to be wheel arch and underbody cladding. While the camouflage and the pseudo cladding doesn't reveal much, we do expect to see a sculpted design with more bumper cladding and LED taillamps. Also, the production car will come with alloy wheels, at least in the higher-spec models.
