2022 Hyundai Venue Facelift Breaks Cover; Bookings Open

- 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift gets a new design, similar to the Tucson.
- Bookings for the sub-compact SUV are open for the amount of Rs. 21,000.
- Venue will be launched on June 16, 2022.
Hyundai has taken the wraps off the 2022 Venue facelift, unveiling the design which was initially previewed in the sketches released by the Korean carmaker. Hyundai has also started to accept bookings for the sub-compact SUV for the amount of Rs. 21,000 across all dealerships and on Hyundai's official website. The pricing for the facelifted version of the Hyundai Venue will be announced at launch on June 16, 2022.

Upon commencement of the bookings for the Venue, Tarun Garg, Director, Sales, Marketing & Service, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., said, "Driven by the aspirations of Gen MZ customers, the new Hyundai VENUE is set to enthrall customers with many first in segment technologies that offer an unparalleled experience, for instance, customers can now control many car functions through Home to car (H2C) with Alexa & Google Voice Assistant; 60+ Bluelink Connected features; and 2 Step Rear Reclining Seat. We are confident that the new Hyundai VENUE will build on the strong brand legacy and amplify the Hyundai SUV Life for unmatched customer delight."
The 2022 Hyundai Venue gets a new face, which looks less like the outgoing model and more like Hyundai's larger SUVs - the Tucson and Palisade. The new Venue gets a brand new front grille up-front with generous use of chrome, and the rear gets a new design too, including a long tail light that runs across the width of the car.
Apart from the design, the Hyundai Venue facelift will get a list of added features over the existing models, making the sub-compact SUV better equipped to take on its rivals. The SUV now gets remote connectivity features, which can be used via Alexa or Google Voice Assistant too. These include things like remote climate control, door lock and unlock, vehicle status check, find my car, tyre pressure information, fuel level information, speed alert, time fencing, and idle time alert. The Venue will also get 'Bluelink' which will offer its customers 60+ connected car features, including over-the-air firmware updates and voice commands. The infotainment system also gets an update, and now supports 12 languages, with 10 regional languages available for ease of use for all of its customers.
Hyundai's entry level SUV now also gets multiple drive modes, which include normal, eco, and sport modes, and gets a 1st in class 2-step reclining rear seat upping the comfort of rear passengers. The SUV will be available in 5 variants and multiple drivetrain options, and will be offered in 7 colour combinations.
