Harley-Davidson Introduces 2022 Motorcycle Range

Harley-Davidson has announced its lineup of motorcycles for the 2022 model year and a number of the brand's existing range will make a comeback, while new launches have also been planned. The American motorcycle maker said these bikes will hit a number of markets around the world in the coming weeks, while Harley-Davidson plans to debut all-new bikes and the new CVO lineup on January 26, 2022, as part of the "Further. Faster" theme.

Harley-Davidson has improved the visibility from the TFT screen on the 2022 Pan America 1250 among other changes
For MY2022, the Harley-Davidson Sportster S will be offered in Vivid Black and two new colours - White Sand Pearl and Mineral Green Metallic. It needs to be seen if the same colours make it to India as well. The 2022 H-D Pan America 1250 Special and Pan America 1250 adventure arrive in the same spec as before. The adventure tourer though now comes with improved visibility of information on the TFT display and extended Vehicle Hill Hold Control active time from 10 seconds to 3-5 minutes under normal conditions. The ADV also gets a new colour for the Pan America 1250 Special - Fastback Blue/White Sand.
In the cruiser space, Harley will continue retailing the Heritage Classic 114 model. The MY2022 bike will come with a new Chrome trim option while the black trim version features new styling elements. There's also the Fat Boy 114 that gets Lakester cast aluminium wheels with 11 turbine-like spokes and an open centre on the MY2022 version. The classic Fat Boy model tank badge has been revised and gets a single trailing "wing" while retaining the centre star.

The 2022 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob gets new graphics on the fuel tank
Up next, the 2022 H-D Fat Bob 114 gets a new waterslide fuel tank graphic in an oval shape with "H-D" on the lower edge. There's also the Iron 883 with a blacked-out and stripped-down look, while the 2022 Forty-Eight arrives with subtle styling revisions.

The 2022 Street Glide Special get more electronic aids
With respect to the Grand American Touring models, the Harley range comprising the Road King, and Road Glide Special get Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements as an option for 2022. The new feature will assist in maintaining the rider's intended path through a curve. The option package also offers electronically-linked brakes, cornering-ABS, cornering traction control with standard and rain mode, Drag Torque Slip Control, Vehicle Hold Control, and Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPMS). The bike also get new colour options for the new model year.
