Mahindra Supro Profit Truck Range Launched For Cargo Segment

- Mahindra has launched two new Supro models in the cargo space
- The models are Supro Profit Truck Maxi and the Supro Profit Truck Mini
- The Mini offeres a payload of 750 kg while Maxi offers 1050 kg payload
Mahindra has announced the launch of its new range of Supro Profit Trucks in India. Offered in two options - Supro Profit Truck Maxi and the Supro Profit Truck Mini, the new range specifically targets the cargo segment, and Mahindra claims that it boasts of a greater payload capacity and higher mileage that assures higher profit to the customers. Prices for the Mahindra Supro Profit Truck Mini start at Rs. 5.40 lakh, while the Supro Profit Truck Maxi starts at Rs. 6.22 lakh (both ex-showroom Mumbai). Supro cargo variants are available with deck lengths of 7.5 ft (Mini) and 8.2 ft (Maxi) as well as in Cabin-Body-Chassis (CBC) form.

The new Supro Profit Truck Mini offers a mileage of 23.30 kmpl and it also comes in a CNG version with a mileage of 23.35 km/kg
The new Supro Profit Truck Mini is powered by a 909 cc four-stroke, 2-cylinder diesel engine with Direct Injection (DI). The model makes about 26 bhp and 55 Nm of torque, while mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. It also comes with a fuel smart technology with two options for Power and Eco mode, delivering class-leading mileage of 23.30 kmpl. This one also comes in a CNG option, which makes 27 bhp, and offers 60 Nm torque, with a mileage of 23.35 km/kg. It comes with a 750 kg payload and best in class 3 years or 80,000 km warranty.

The bigger Maxi variant comes with a 1050 kg of payload carrying capacity in an 8.2-feet cargo box
The Supro Profit Maxi, on the other hand, gets a Direct Injection (DI) turbo diesel engine that delivers superior power of 47 bhp and 100 Nm of torque. This one returns a fuel efficiency of 21.94 kmpl. It also comes equipped with a new transmission, which is claimed to offer smoother car-like gear shifts. The bigger Maxi variant comes with a 1050 kg of payload carrying capacity in an 8.2-feet cargo box. It also comes equipped with features such as air conditioning and power steering.
