Maruti Suzuki sold over 1 million units from Nexa outlets up till October 2019, the sales have increased to 1.4 million as of July 2021
Sales too grew exponentially under the Nexa sub-brand. Maruti Suzuki recorded the one million sales mark from the premium outlets in October 2019, four years since the operations began, while the number stood at 1.3 million in February 2021. The company managed to add another 100,000 units over the five months despite the market adversities and low demand caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
While sales remain consistent as ever, the Nexa dealerships haven't seen an all-new model launch in about two years now. Rumours suggest that Maruti Suzuki will bring the Jimny via the Nexa outlets in the future but there has been no confirmation on the same. Meanwhile, the automaker is working on introducing the next-generation Celerio in India later this year, which is likely to arrive around the festive period.
