Nissan Introduces F1 Service Solutions In India

- The F1 Solution was launched at the 8th Happy with Nissan initiative
- The solution intends to eliminate repeat repair work & customer visits
- The F1 Solution is available across all Nissan and Datsun outlets
Nissan India has launched its new F1 (Fix It Right First Time) solution, for enhanced after sales and services. The new service initiative was launched during the eighth edition of 'Happy with Nissan' and aims to address and solve vehicle concerns and customer queries in the first attempt. The Nissan F1 Solution is already on offer in 19 key markets globally and India becomes the latest market to receive the same. The initiative will see the service network perform comprehensive diagnosis on the car as well as capturing the customer's verbal feedback, in a bid to address the issue more appropriately.
Announcing the initiative, Nissan Motor India - Vice President, Aftersales, Sanjeev Aggarwal said, "It is our constant effort to explore innovative solutions to make the ownership experience of our customers delightful. With F1 Solution, we aim to resolve 96 per cent issues of customers by addressing them at the very first instance during a service visit. This is in line with our commitment towards transforming the customer ownership experience in India by introducing global best practices. Globally, Nissan has introduced F1 Solution in 19 key markets."
Nissan India says a team of skilled technical experts will undertake prompt and accurate maintenance and repair work. A thorough final quality check using 'Vehicle Quality Check list' will be performed, and a 'Final Inspector' will verify the repair work and washing quality of the car. The solution is intended to eliminate repeat repair work and recurring customer visits.
The Japanese auto giant is currently running its eighth edition of Happy with Nissan - customer service campaign across all Nissan and Datsun outlets in the country. Held between January 18-29, 2018, the event offers 60-point free vehicle check-up, free top wash, assured gifts, discounts on accessories, and up to 20 per cent discount on labour charges. Customers can also avail up a 50 per cent discount on insurance renewal. The Nissan F1 Solution is available across all of the company's authorised service outlets pan India. Under the Happy with Nissan campaign since 2014, the automaker has serviced over 80,000 customers.
